What is your sleep training philosophy?
I believe every child and family should reap the amazing benefits of sleep. A full night of sleep allows both children and parents to thrive. By utilizing a variety of methods, I'm able to customize a plan specifically for your child. I take into account you parenting philosophy, your child's personality, your schedules - everything that makes your family unique. And I do it without judgement. I want to help your child get the sleep they need and you, as parents, get the sleep you deserve!
Will I have to let my child "cry it out?"
No! There are many methods of sleep training besides "cry it out." Frequently when a child cries during the sleep training process, they are protesting the change to their routine. It is likely there will be some crying during the process but I promise to work with you to find a method you are comfortable with and is appropriate for you child's personality and temperament.
What ages do you work with?
I work with children ages newborn - 4 years old. Sleep training methods can be implemented once a child is 4 months old and 12 pounds. Prior to this, I focus on creating healthy and safe sleep habits.
Why do I need a sleep consultant?
The short answer is - you don't. Many families are comfortable in their current sleep situation and don't feel the need to change. Others are comfortable implementing a sleep training method on their own. And some families need support and guidance from a sleep consultant through the sleep training process. As a sleep consultant, I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach to sleep training. I work with YOUR child and YOUR family!
Do you have a refund policy?
If you are unhappy with a service you purchased from Sleep Dreams Infant and Toddler Sleep Consulting, you may qualify for a refund if you meet the following criteria:
All service refund requests must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests after this date will not be processed. All refunds will issued to the original payment source (credit card or bank account).
Once a sleep plan has been created, a refund will not issued.
Mini Dreams packages are valid for 1 year from purchase date.
For all other packages, phone and email support must begin within 30 days of receiving the completed sleep plan.
For packages that include phone calls or home visits, cancellation within 24 hours or no show/no answer may result in 15 minutes of reduced call time and/or forfeiture of one day of support. This ensures that all families receive services in a timely manner.
An email support package may be paused for a maximum of 2 weeks for cases of illness, travel, natural disaster, etc.
Consulting services are not transferable.
